What Happens If You Get Caught Having Sex In A Bathroom On A Commercial Air Plane?

So my boyfriend and I are flying tomorrow across country on a commercial air plane. We want to have sex on the way there, in the bathroom, I suppose. What happens if a steward/stewardess catches us?

I’m a former Flight Attendant and to be honest, we really didn’t care what passengers were doing in the bathroom as long as it didn’t disturb the others on board.
If you were taking too long, a F/A might be alerted but more for safety and security reasons (i.e. is someone having a heart attack? constructing a bomb??)
I will warn you that you may be entertaining for the other passengers. If the movie ends and there is a line, you may find yourselves walking out together in front of a crowd.
Personally, I find the bathrooms kind of a yukky place to have sex. What is really off putting is that you can’t lower the lights, not making for a very romantic atmosphere, in my humble opinion.
Please dispose of any condoms correctly. Passengers do strange things with the trash sometimes (usually a flap near the sink). The next person in the lav will appreciate it!
It’s not a very long flight. Why don’t you save it for better, more private conditions on the ground??

The BBC ran an article investigating whether sex on a plane was legal. Their conclusion was that it would depend on many factors, such as whether or not the act occurred in sight of others. Also, for international flights the law could vary depending on departure and destination cities, what country(s) was being overflown at the time, and the nation of the carrier airline.

They try not to make a scene, so they would just tell you to go back to your seats and not to do it again. Just be discrete and they wont make too much of a big deal about it.
It happens all the time though…

They tape it on the CCTV installed in the loo. Then the Airline sells it to online streaming video websites.
Do you really think they make money by flying passengers ?
