What Are Surgeons Called That Perform Sex Change Operations?

I want to become a surgeon for my career and I’m tryign to figure out what kind I wanan be.
I’m interested in sex change operations and I was wondering if anyone knew what the proper term is for those kinds a surgeons.

    Do an Internet search for “sex reassignment facilities” and see what you come up with that way. I know that Johns Hopkins was a major center for that type of surgery at one time. You might want to check out their website too.

    There is no specific medical specialty for sex-change operations. The type of surgeons who typically perform these procedures are urologists. Urologists specialize in genital health in both sexes and for men, reproductive systems.
