You worry therefore you think the symptoms are there. Close your legs and go to the doctor so you can pee on a stick.

You cannot have pregnancy symptoms only a week after sex because it usually takes that long just for the egg to implant. Pregnancy symptoms usually occur about two weeks after implantation, which is right around the time the missed period occurs.
Also, since the sex occured 3 weeks ago and you are supposed to start menstruating this week, it is less likely that you are pregnant becuase the sex probably occurred before you ovulated.

Depends on when you ovulate. 6-12 days after ovulation is when implantation occurs which is what causes pregnancy symptoms, your body does not know you are pregnant until then.
So if you ovulated the day you had sex then you could start to have symptoms about 6-12 days later. Most women won’t feel much until their period is missed. Cramping could be a result of the implantation occurring.
I would take a test since it has been 3 weeks, or wait until your period is due, good luck!
